Extreme Entertainment was founded on a simple idea: to bring the best of the live music industry to your event.
Our passion for events started when we realized how much we loved hosting them ourselves. At its core, Extreme Entertainment was formed on the love of music and live entertainment.
Since then, we have scouted a roster of extremely talented DJs, pulling them directly from some of Ottawa's top live events and bringing them your way through Extreme Entertainment.

Chris Barnett
EVENT COORDINATOR & PRODUCTION LEAD
Chris has been part of Ottawa's music and event scene for years - everything from underground shows to full-on festival stages. That experience has shaped the way he approaches weddings and events today: organized, creative, and always focused on the details that make a night truly memorable. As Extreme Entertainment's Event Coordinator, Chris is the person working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. He manages our incredible team of DJs, builds realistic timeline, handles logistics, and makes sure couples and clients feel supported from first conversation right through to the final song. What people notice the most Chris is his calm presence and the way he communicates. He's quick to solve problems, easy to work with, and genuinely cares about making every event stress-free and enjoyable. Whether it's a small wedding, a big corporate event, or high-energy community celebration, Chris brings the same level of professionalism and heart to each one. He's also working on developing his own DJ skills - so don't be surprised if you see Biggie2tallz behind the decks in the near future.
Stu Young
Headliner DJ
Stu Young has been a DJ for over half his life. Being born into playing music, he lives and breathes everything there is to know about it. He has played numerous club and concert venues across southern Ontario, and internationally at the City Summer Music Festival in Colorado Springs. Having graduated with a degree in Digital Communications, he is fond of crypto, artificial intelligence, and information technology. Stu can still be found behind the decks on his days off, enjoying live music at a local venue, or tinkering with a new digital endeavor. His years spent with music shows in his song selection, transitions, and personality of his DJ sets, giving you exactly what you seek for your next event.
