What is included in "Ceremony Service"?
The ceremony service covers all audio and musical needs for your wedding ceremony. This includes pre-ceremony music, processional music for entrances, and managing any special musical requests. We ensure microphones and sound systems are set up for clear audio of vows, readings, and officiant speeches. Our goal is to enhance the atmosphere and ensure a seamless auditory experience throughout the ceremony.

We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your vision and special requests. You'll be paired with a DJ who matches your style, and our powerful music planning tool helps you curate your ideal wedding soundtrack. During a focused planning session, our DJ will explore what makes your relationship unique, ensuring your story is beautifully expressed through personalized music selections and performances.

What are your payment and cancellation policies?
A 50% deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event. Cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit. For COVID-19 shutdowns, we offer a partial refund (1/3) or free rescheduling. Other special circumstances are handled on a case-by-case basis to find the best solution for everyone.
What is your policy on handling unexpected situations or equipment failure?
Our commitment to reliability is unmatched. We have a large team of skilled DJs, with a backup DJ always on standby for every event, ensuring we've never missed an event. Additionally, our robust support team is ready to provide immediate technical assistance or equipment replacements if needed, ensuring your event proceeds smoothly and without interruption.
What is the recommendation for choosing between my venue's A/V system or yours?
First, confirm if your venue requires you to use their A/V system. If it's optional, we'll discuss with the venue's representative to provide a fair and transparent recommendation. The final decision will be up to you, based on budget and logistical considerations.
Are setup and teardown included in the DJ service hours indicated in your packages?
The hours specified in our DJ service packages refer solely to performance time and do not include setup and teardown. These services are provided complimentary at no extra charge. Please note that a delivery fee may apply depending on the venue's distance.
When will the DJ arrive to set up?
Our DJ will arrive at the venue 2-6 hours prior to the agreed DJ performance start time, depending on the complexity of the setup and any special requests made by the client. This information will be communicated during your consultation call with your DJ.
